To find the universal elements enough…

positive living

“To find the universal elements enough; to find the air and the water exhilarating; to be refreshed by a morning walk or an evening saunter; to be thrilled by the stars at night; to be elated over a bird’s nest or a wildflower in spring – these are some of the rewards of the simple life.”
~John Burroughs

and they are rewards
that can fill our hearts and our lives
with joy and calm and contentment

when life is simple
and a little more unrushed, unhurried and focused
there is time and space and room
to take in the wonders of life around us

and be
“exhilarating, refreshed, thrilled and elated”
by nothing more than what we already have
